1. Record a roll. Usually 3 to 5 minutes, in the gym or at a competition. You'd be amazed how much detail a coach can pull out of a single short clip.
2. Upload it. Send it through our coaching portal, and we route it to one of our coaches.
3. Get your breakdown. Your coach sends back detailed video feedback specific to your game, usually running a few times longer than the clip itself.
